We rotisserie whole sirloins on the BBQ. Slice it thin. Then it’s your choice….on a brioche bun with all the culprits, coleslaw, tomato, caramalized onions. Or on a plate with BBQ sauce. Both served with potato salad.
Brined, smoked, and finished off on the BBQ. The perfect handheld food.
On the flat top of course. Served on a Portuguese bun with grilled onions and peppers of course.
We didn’t use our grandma’s recipe for this, hers wasn’t very good. A generous portion of hickory smoked meatloaf, finished off on the flat top with grilled onions. Served on toasted white bread like it should be.
Breaded and fried pork cutlets on the flat top. Served with Austrian crack sauce and potato salad or fries.
1/4 Chicken. Smoked 4 hours. Basted in our BBQ. Soooo good!
8 hour smoked sirloin, over mesquite (what else?) Seasoned with our own smoked salt and pepper. This will get you drinkin' some beer.
Two, 1/4 pound short ribs. Smoked until perfect then dunked in our homemade bbq sauce. Crack has nuthin' on this!
We take a shitty piece of beef pound it, bread it and fry it until golden. Served with a ridiculous amount of gravy. OMG!
Dusted in Memphis Dry Rub (our own) then smoked over burnt newspaper. Kidding. Delicious.
A half chicken, pounded with my girlfriends favourite book until it’s flat, then rubbed in our own BBQ spice then BBQ'd until perfect.
We don't like pulled pork around here. So we smoke boston butt for 4 hours, slice it thin like your Momma used to do. Sunday feast.
No sides just the chicken. We put it on a plate ;)
We don’t do burgers. Unless they are doubles, on the flat top smashed burgers. None of that frozen, suburban, bulk, frozen patty stuff here. With American cheese, what else!
Never had deep fried turkey?
We take it 10 yards further. Pulled off the bone, then smothered in bbq sauce. Best Turkey sandwich you will ever eat. According to us!
Ok we aren’t Jewish but we make a heck of a “Latke sort of”, on the flat top. 3 Fried potato pancakes with cheese to make it better. Super crunchy on the outside. Totally non- kosher.
Totally authentic Jamaican Jerk chicken. The dude that makes the jerk sauce is Jamaican. Chicken thigh skewers grilled and charred. Sideline food.
Like it says. Kids hot dogs. Free for any kid under 10 years old.
A full half chicken, deboned, yup no bones, smoked then finished off on the bbq. Dunked in bbq sauce or garlic butter. A 10 outa ten!
Served with baked beans, coleslaw,and fries.
Served warm. Kennebec potatoes fried crisp dusted in our own Memphis Dry or Chicken flavoured spice.
Like it says, spicy! Pork pieces dusted in Thai Chili spice then deep fried. Soooo good!
NFL Stadium style fries. Fried golden then topped with a scoop of butter soaked garlic. Go kiss your girlfriend.
Yup. We make pizza on the BBQ. We always have pepperoni. Check your local event for offerings.
